Job summary

Biggers Auto Group seeks a Service Advisor to guide customers through the repair experience with a focus on service excellence and sales support. You’ll greet customers, present maintenance options, provide estimates, and update on progress, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

We offer health insurance, a 401K, paid vacation and holidays, and a competitive pay structure with a yearly range from $40,000 to $95,000. Prior GM or Mazda experience is a plus, Reynolds experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive on the service lane.
• Perform walk-around inspections.
• Provide maintenance needs based on menu and inspection.
• Provide estimates on completion times and prices.
• Keep customers updated on repair progress.
• Perform redelivery upon vehicle completion.
