Responsibilities of our Service Advisors

• Greet customer as theyarrive on the service lane.
• Preform walk around inspection.
• Provide customer with maintenance needs based on menu and inspection.
• Provide estimate on completion times and prices.
• Keep customer updated of repair progress.
• Perform redelivery upon vehicle completion.

• Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personalsales
• GM or Mazda Experience a Plus
• Reynolds Experience a plus
