It offers a commission-based plan with earnings between $4,000 and $6,000 monthly, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of service advisory experience, strong customer service skills, and a basic mechanical understanding of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Develop estimates; write repair orders; maintain customer records.
• Communicate between the customer and technician ensuring understanding of needs.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer payment.
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtain approvals, and enter RO into the service database.
• Communicate additional repair needs to the customer based on inspection.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
