Byers Automotive is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to oversee the service drive and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will take ownership of the customer journey, coordinating with technicians and staff to ensure timely service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service advisor or similar role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across customers and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service drive flow and ensure prompt, courteous customer service.
• Own the customer experience and complete tasks to leave a positive dealership impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure technicians' time is efficiently allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work among technicians to maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
