Sun Auto Tire & Service in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Sales & Service Advisor. You will greet customers, listen to concerns, and guide them through a smooth, trustworthy experience from check-in to checkout.

Training will cover products, services, and store tools to support you and the team. You’ll build strong customer relationships, present service options, and help new and returning customers make confident decisions.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and brand representation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use point-of-sale and Digital Vehicle Inspection tools.
• Ability to manage priorities from customers, technicians and leadership.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone and build trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain options clearly including estimates, timelines, warranties, and financing.
• Create estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Update customers on status, timing, and costs throughout service.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow and repairs.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts, and review completed work.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and follow PPE procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
