• Customer-focused professional with strong sales aptitude.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to learn automotive products and services.
• Experience in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in person and by phone, building trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain options and financing clearly to help customers decide.
• Create estimates, work orders, and invoices in POS system.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments and ensure proper checkout.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; comply with PPE.
• Work flexible schedule, including weekends.
