Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor in Chandler, AZ. You will greet customers, listen to concerns, and guide them through recommended services to ensure a smooth, trustworthy experience from check-in to checkout.

You’ll leverage product knowledge and sales skills to explain options, build accurate estimates, and coordinate with technicians to keep repairs on track while delivering excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in sales or automotive service is a plus.
• Ability to learn automotive products and services and explain them clearly to customers.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in person and by phone, building trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, inspection results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly and professionally.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost throughout the day.
• Collaborate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow and stay on track.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability; handle checkout procedures.
