Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through service decisions. You’ll review vehicle history and inspections, explain options, and prepare estimates with accurate pricing.

You’ll work closely with technicians to manage workflow and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish. The role offers competitive pay with bonus or commission, paid training, and benefits.

• Comfortable with sales conversations in a fast-paced shop

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, build trust from the first hello
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty and financing options clearly
• Build estimates, work orders and invoices in the POS system
• Keep customers updated on status, timing and cost
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability
• Follow checkout procedures and review completed/declined work
• Make post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction
