Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor in Las Vegas, NV. You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through service decisions, explaining options and building trust throughout check-in to checkout.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and communication skills, can learn automotive products, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced shop environment. Growth opportunities exist within the Sun Auto network.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, Digital Vehicle Inspection results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly for confident decisions.
