Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and successful MVR check.
• Weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, build trust from the first hello.
• Review history, inspection results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain options clearly and help customers make confident decisions.
• Create estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Share updates on status, timing, and cost; coordinate with techs and leaders.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts, ensuring proper checkout.
