Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales and Service Advisor in Phoenix, AZ. You will greet customers, assess vehicle history, and guide them through services from check-in to checkout. Training is provided in automotive products and store systems, with opportunities for growth within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with sales conversations and learning automotive products.
• Professional appearance and positive brand representation.
• Ability to learn and use POS, DVI tools, scheduling tools, and store tech.
• Ability to explain service recommendations and timelines clearly.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and build trust.
• Review vehicle history, DVI results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost.
• Partner with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts, and follow checkout procedures.
• Make post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Help keep the store clean, safe, and PPE compliant.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Uphold Sun Auto's core values and policies.
