Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and guide them through a transparent, trusted service experience.

You'll review vehicle history, inspection results, and technician findings to recommend the right services, explain options, and build accurate estimates and invoices. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance toward store leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Able to learn automotive products and services.
• Comfortable with sales conversations and meeting multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, Digital Vehicle Inspection results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on status, timing, and cost.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts, and review completed work.
• Make post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and follow PPE.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
