Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone; build trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history, inspection results, and technician findings to suggest services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tires, warranties, and financing options clearly.
• Create accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability; review completed work.
• Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure satisfaction and encourage returns.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop environment and follow PPE requirements.
