Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is hiring a Sales & Service Advisor in Chandler, AZ. This full-time role requires greeting customers, identifying needs, and guiding them through service options with a focus on trust and clear communication.

You will review vehicle history and inspection findings, explain pricing, and create accurate estimates and invoices. Training and advancement opportunities are available in a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-focused, organized, able to learn automotive products, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, active listening, and professional demeanor with customers and teammates.
• Ability to learn and use point-of-sale and vehicle inspection tools and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, assess needs, and build trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history, inspection results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty and financing options clearly to customers.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to keep repairs on track.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
