Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, building trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, and financing options clearly to customers.
• Prepare estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Schedule appointments and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
