Qualificações

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented in a team environment.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain product features, options, and benefits to prospects.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customer understands features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Stay informed about incoming inventory and how it benefits customers.
• Introduce customers to service department and emphasize quality and efficiency.
