Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive sales experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal orientated and enthusiastic in a team environment.
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen as per local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership and help them choose a suitable vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain product performance, options and benefits to prospects and describe available equipment.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customer understands features, warranty, and paperwork to build loyalty.
• Stay informed about inventory, features, and accessories and how they benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to showcase service quality and maintenance options.
