Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers who enter the dealership, answering questions and helping them select a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects and describe all equipment available for purchase.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand operating features, warranties, and paperwork to foster loyalty.
• Stay informed about inventory, features, accessories, and how they benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight the quality and efficiency of service.
