Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant at River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge. This role offers a fast-paced environment with strong growth potential and a chance to be the face of the dealership, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We offer a potential pay range of $80,000-$120,000+ per year, with incentive-based pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid training, and vacation time. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive sales experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain product features and options to prospects and describe all equipment available.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customer understands operation, warranty and paperwork.
• Keep abreast of inventory and features and how they benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department to highlight quality and efficiency of service.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
