Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Be coachable, hungry, and organized.
• Available for full-time retail schedule (Saturdays, some evenings, occasional Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Help people find the right vehicle without the usual sales pressure.
• Turn phone, text, email, and internet leads into appointments.
• Give clear, confident walk-arounds and demos of Fords and Toyota's.
• Follow up like a pro so good customers come back (and bring their friends).
• Use our CRM to stay organized and never let a hot lead go cold.
• Work side-by-side with a supportive team that actually has your back.
• Build relationships that turn into repeat and referral business.
