Responsibilities

• Help people find the right vehicle without high pressure.
• Handle phone, text, email, and internet leads to set appointments.
• Give clear walk-arounds and demos of Ford and Toyota models.
• Follow up to turn inquiries into repeat and referral business.
• Use CRM to stay organized and manage hot leads.
