Qualifications

• Background in retail, hospitality, call centers, or any sales role is a big plus
• You don’t need automotive experience; training provided
• Able to talk to people in person, on the phone, and by text
• Willing to work full-time retail schedule (Saturdays, some evenings, Sundays)

Responsibilities

• Help people find the right vehicle without pressure
• Respond to phone, text, email, and internet leads to set appointments
• Give clear, confident walk-arounds and demos of Fords and Toyotas
• Follow up to turn customers into repeat and referral business
• Use CRM to stay organized and keep leads from going cold
• Work with a supportive team
• Build relationships that lead to ongoing business
