Job summary

Bill Dube Ford Toyota is seeking motivated sales teammates who excel at talking with people and turning conversations into appointments. No automotive experience required—we train you for a real career with growth potential.

You’ll work full-time in a busy dealership, handling inquiries via phone, text, and email, and guiding customers through vehicle walkthroughs and demos. A supportive local team backs you every step.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to learn product features and explain them clearly.
• Must be available for full-time schedule including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles with a low-pressure approach.
• Handle phone/text/email leads and set appointments.
• Demonstrate vehicles and features with clear, confident walk-arounds.
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and referrals.
• Use CRM to stay organized and manage leads and follow-ups.

Bill Dube Ford Toyota is hiring motivated, people-loving teammates for our Sales team — and you don’t need any automotive experience to get started.

We’ve been a family-owned Seacoast dealership since 1975 (third-generation and still going strong under Deborah Dube Reed). What started as one man’s shop is now a modern, high-volume Ford and Toyota store known for treating customers and employees the right way. What You’ll Actually Do

• Help people find the right vehicle without the usual sales pressure
• Jump on phone, text, email, and internet leads and turn them into appointments
• Give clear, confident walk-arounds and demos of Fords and Toyota's
• Follow up like a pro so good customers come back (and bring their friends)
• Use our CRM to stay organized and never let a hot lead go cold
• Work side-by-side with a supportive team that actually has your back
• Build relationships that turn into repeat and referral business

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know cars. You do need to:

• Actually like people and be good at talking to them (in person, on the phone, and over text)
• Be coachable, hungry, and okay with goals
• Follow up consistently and stay organized
• Handle a little rejection without melting down
• Want to learn a skill that can turn into a real career
• Be available for a full‑time retail schedule (Saturdays, some evenings, occasional Sundays)

Background in retail, hospitality, call centers, customer service, or any sales role is a big plus — but the right attitude beats experience every time. We’ll train you.
