DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support representative in Utah. You will greet customers, assist with the purchasing process, and follow up with leads to build relationships.

You’ll also support dealership operations, maintain showroom organization, and collaborate with sales and management to reach goals. The role emphasizes cross-training across dealership functions, professional demeanor, and a commitment to delivering a seamless end-to-end customer journey

Competenze

• Requires 1–3 years related work experience.
• Minimum 1 year in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow; positive attitude.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Mansioni

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors with purchasing process including features, pricing, financing basics, and services.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
