DriveTime Family of Brands in Murray, Utah is hiring for a Customer Experience & Sales Support role. You will greet customers, present vehicle features and financing basics, follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and support sales and operations teams to deliver a smooth car-buying journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales or retail.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist sales and operations during the purchasing process with vehicle features and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication via phone, text, and email.
• Support daily dealership operations and paperwork processing.
• Help maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
