Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented specialist to support the full lifecycle of vehicle sales. You will enter and maintain vehicle information, coordinate with teams, and ensure accurate records for in-lane and online sales.

The role emphasizes strong organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with preferred experience in Salesforce, AS400, Workbench and Excel. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in a related field acceptable.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, relationship-building and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience with Salesforce, AS400, Workbench and Excel is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Enter and maintain vehicle information including VINs, condition reports, pricing and inventory in AS400.
• Keep physical and digital vehicle files up to date.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to verify titles, track repairs, apply charges and prepare vehicles for in-lane and online sales.
• Review incoming vehicle data, investigate discrepancies and provide inventory reporting.
• Prepare run lists and sale packages, support sale-day operations, balance sales with accounting and complete invoicing and reporting.
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a culture of safety excellence.
