Cox Automotive is hiring to support the full lifecycle of vehicle sales by maintaining accurate records and coordinating across teams to keep transactions on track. You will enter vehicle information in AS400, maintain files, respond to inquiries and prepare vehicles for in-lane and online sales.

The role emphasizes organization, problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills, with preferred experience in Salesforce, AS400, Workbench and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combo.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Enter and maintain vehicle information, VINs, pricing and inventory in AS400.
• Keep vehicle files up to date and support across teams.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues and meet customer requirements.
• Verify titles, track repairs, apply charges and prep vehicles for sales.
• Review data, investigate discrepancies and provide inventory reporting.
• Prepare run lists, support sale-day operations and invoicing.
• Follow safety procedures and promote safety culture.
