Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with employees and customers to build relationships and improve the sales process.
• Build rapport to expand the customer network and drive repeat business.
• Manage vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades.

• Develop and motivate the sales staff while focusing on profitability.
• Oversee all aspects of the sales department and desk deals.
