• 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in automotive dealership environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Strong negotiation, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Set bold monthly/annual sales targets and drive results across the dealership.
• Structure deals, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with Finance to close sales.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and manage budgets.
