Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the automotive dealership industry.
• 1-2 years of management experience preferred, highlighting capability to lead and develop a successful sales team.
• Proven track record in used vehicle sales management.
• Experience maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage the used car sales team, handling scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
