Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and strong administrative skills.
• Experience in administrative, clerical, call center or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming sales and service appointment inquiries (phone or internet) by scheduling and following up on appointments.
• Coordinate questions and issues with appropriate department personnel.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets; confirm special order parts.
• Assist in following up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manage required paperwork and records; prepare documentation as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
