Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to handle inbound sales inquiries, showroom requests, service requests, and internet queries while collaborating with Sales and Service teams to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has prior administrative or clerical experience, strong communication, and organizational skills, with a friendly, professional demeanor in a customer-centric automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive sales/service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Professional and dependable demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Manage all incoming sales and service appointment queries via phone or internet by scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments.
• Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirm special order parts.
• Follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manage required paperwork and records; prepare documentation as needed.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed.
