Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and coordinate sales and service inquiries. You will perform clerical duties for the Sales and Service departments while delivering friendly, helpful customer service.

The role requires prior experience in administrative or customer service positions, strong communication and computer skills, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of sales or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Experience in administrative/clerical roles.
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong computer and internet skills, including MS Office.
• Dealership experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus.
• Outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming sales and service appointment queries by scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments.
• Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirm special order parts.
• Follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manage required paperwork and records and prepare documentation when needed.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
