Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Business Development Representative to manage incoming sales inquiries and coordinate with Sales and Service departments to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service or administrative experience, a pleasant personality, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with automotive sales processes. This is a professional, team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles.
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming sales and service appointment queries and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate questions and issues with department personnel.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirm special order parts.
• Help follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manage paperwork and records; prepare documentation when needed.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed.
