Job summary

Balise Motor Sales in West Springfield, MA is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer purchasing experience, presenting vehicle knowledge, and guiding buyers toward a decision.

No prior automotive sales experience is required; training is provided through a paid 90-day program with a guaranteed base and an aggressive commission plan. You will use our CRM to follow up and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Gather customer contact & interest information and enter in the CRM.
• Maintain rapport with customers by suggesting trade-ins, responding to inquiries, promoting campaigns and following up on leads.
• Present product knowledge on features, warranties and services.
• Continuously build knowledge of new product information.
• Offer demonstrations and accompany customers on rides.
• Schedule and manage your calendar for appointments and follow-ups.
• Attend daily sales meetings to support goals.
• Maintain showroom appearance and inventory.
• Qualify buyers based on requirements and interests.
• Close sales by overcoming objections and handling financing and delivery.
