Job summary

Balise Motor Sales is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant at Honda West Warwick in Rhode Island. The position starts with a paid 90-day training program and offers an aggressive compensation plan with base salary plus commissions on new and pre-owned vehicle sales.

You will greet customers, collect lead information, and present brand knowledge while guiding buyers through their decision. CRM follow-up and strong relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: Communicate effectively with others
• Present information in a clear and professional manner
• Time Management – ability to manage one’s own time
• Type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system
• Ability to solve basic math calculations
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
• Gather customer contact & interest information and enter in the CRM
• Maintain rapport with customers by responding to inquiries and following up on leads
• Present product knowledge on New and Pre-owned vehicles to assist buying decisions
• Schedule and maintain calendar for customer appointments and follow ups
• Attend daily sales meetings to help achieve goals
• Manage inventory appearance on lots and showrooms
• Qualify buyers and close sales including negotiations and financing
