Job summary

Hertz is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to drive the sales and finance process while delivering exceptional customer service. The role supports lot operations, omni-channel sales, and momentum-building CRM activities to achieve strong NPS and revenue results.

The position offers hourly pay with commissions, customer-focused responsibilities, and opportunities to contribute across vehicle photography, delivery, and merchandising.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fully execute the sales process and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain CRM output and assist finance process.
• Support lot operations and merchandising.
• Assist in vehicle photography and transport to partner hubs.
• Ensure incoming vehicles are checked in and paperwork is clean.

Job description

TheAutomotive Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Wage: Hourly wage plus sales based commissions averaging per year $63,927, specifically $14.00/hr + anticipated average commissions of $34,807/yr
