Hertz is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant in Harvey, LA. The role focuses on facilitating the sales and finance process, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting lot operations and omni-channel sales.

You will execute the sales process, aim to meet monthly targets, and maintain clean paperwork and CRM output. The position offers an hourly wage plus commissions with strong earning potential and benefits.

Job description

TheAutomotive Sales Consultantfacilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Wage: Hourly wage plus sales based commissions averaging per year $59,767, specifically $12.00/hr + anticipated average commissions of $34,807/yr

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Car Sales Experience, valid Drivers’ License, capable of delivering support and results, able to succeed in a global matrix organization, goal oriented, identify and support business needs.
