Job summary

Hertz-1 seeks a Car Sales Consultant to drive the sales and finance process, deliver top customer service, and support lot operations and omni-channel sales.

The role requires completing paperwork, maintaining CRM quality, assisting with financing, photographing vehicles, and delivering cars to partner hubs as needed. Expect commission-driven earnings and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, car sales experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Capable of delivering support and results.
• Sales license required for listed states.

Responsibilities

• Fully execute the sales and finance process with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM outputs.
• Support lot operations, vehicle photography, and transports as needed.

Job description

The Car Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Wage: Hourly wage plus sales based commissions averaging per year $59,767/yr , specifically $12.00/hr + anticipated average commissions of $34,807/yr
