Job summary

Hertz-1 is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to facilitate the sales and finance process, deliver outstanding customer service, and support lot operations and omni-channel sales. You will fully execute the sales cycle, achieve monthly targets, and maintain strong CRM outputs, while aiding the finance team to ensure solid F&I PVR.

Additionally, you will assist with vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, keep the lot organized and merchandised, and transport vehicles

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Capable of delivering support and results; able to succeed in a global matrix organization.
• Goal oriented and able to identify and support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales & finance process and provide excellent customer service.
• Support lot operations and omni-channel sales while maintaining clean paperwork.
• Fully execute the sales process, hitting monthly targets with strong CRM output.
• Assist the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR.
• Support vehicle photography and deliver cars to partner hubs as needed.
• Maintain lot organization and merchandising; transport cars as required.
• Ensure incoming vehicles are checked in and support high NPS scores.

Automotive Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Wage: Hourly wage plus sales based commissions averaging per year $66,007/yr , specifically $15.00/hr + anticipated average commissions of $34,807/yr

Qualifications
