Hertz Car Sales Consultant in Englewood, CO facilitates the sales and finance process, delivers exceptional customer service, and supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully executes the sales process, strives to meet monthly targets, maintains CRM accuracy, and assists with the finance process to drive PVR.

Also involved in vehicle photography, delivery, and lot merchandising to support strong NPS scores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Car sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization.
• Goal oriented and results-driven.
• Identify and support business needs.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate the sales and finance process with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM quality.
• Support lot operations and omni-channel sales.
• Submit paperwork accurately and recover missing documents.
• Assist with vehicle photography and deliveries to partner hubs.
• Maintain lot organization and vehicle merchandising.
• Ensure incoming vehicles are checked in and support NPS goals.

Car Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Wage: Hourly wage plus sales based commissions averaging per year $67,192/yr , specifically $15.57/hr + anticipated average commissions of $34,807/yr

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Car Sales Experience, valid Drivers’ License, capable of delivering support and results, able to succeed in a global matrix organization, goal oriented, identify and support business needs.
