Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to online leads, inquiries, phone calls, emails, and texts.
• Schedule appointments for customers interested in purchasing new or used vehicles.
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions and encourage dealership visits.
• Make outbound calls to customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and help ensure a positive customer experience.
• Work closely with the automotive sales team to coordinate appointments and customer needs.
• Build relationships with potential customers through professional, friendly communication.
• Meet individual and team goals for customer engagement, lead follow-up, and appointment scheduling.
