The role emphasizes telemarketing experience, script adherence and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting within a car retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with phones or Telemarketing in automotive or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with scripts, power tracks and alternative choices.
• Strong verbal, written and communication skills for initial client contact.
• Organized, multi-tasked and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes selling ability, computer skills and courteous phone manner to get clients in the door.
• Demonstrate professional, enthusiastic and friendly attitude at first contact with potential clients.
• Communicate effectively with BDC Manager and team, initiate dialogue and manage time efficiently.
