Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Previous customer service, sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred
• Automotive dealership or BDC experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming internet leads, customer inquiries, phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Schedule appointments for customers interested in purchasing new or used vehicles
• Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and encourage dealership visits
• Make outbound calls to customers who have previously expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using our CRM system
• Confirm upcoming appointments and help ensure a positive customer experience
• Work closely with the automotive sales team to coordinate appointments and customer needs
• Build relationships with potential customers through professional, friendly communication
• Meet individual and team goals for customer engagement, lead follow-up, and appointment scheduling
