Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound sales leads.

• Qualify prospects, build rapport, and guide customers to showroom visits.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly contact and appointment goals.
