Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor to engage customers online and in-store, guiding them through the buying process from inquiry to final sale. Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Asbury selling process.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a base of referrals.
• Answer internet leads in-store and email pricing information.
• Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for customers.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers.
• Make outbound calls for inquiries, post-sale follow-up, and repeat business.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
• Guide customers from initial contact through to final sale.
• Demonstrate motivation, exceptional customer service, and professional appearance.
• Maintain customer relationships, CRM data accuracy, and timely communication.
• Leverage prior automotive retail experience; work as a team player.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.
