Job summary

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor to build relationships, provide exceptional guest experiences, and innovate in the automotive industry. You will respond to online inquiries via phone and email and guide customers from initial buying through to the final sale in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strong communication, and the ability to manage both in-store and remote inquiries.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers online using phone and email methods.
• Take customers through the initial buying process to final sale.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with inquiries and for repeat business.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walkarounds with customers.
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance.
