Job summary

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington in Burlington, MA is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to greet guests, respond to online inquiries, and guide them through the car-buying journey from initial contact to final sale.

You will build rapport, present vehicles with pricing, schedule and conduct test drives, and follow up for referrals while maintaining a professional image and using our customer relationship management tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle online using phone and email.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a network of referrals.
• Answer internet leads and provide information with pricing either in-store or via email.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and conduct follow-up calls with customers.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, after the sale, and for repeat business.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
• Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish.
• Maintain professional appearance and attire at all times.
