Responsibilities include preparing sales paperwork, coordinating delivery and registration, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to meet dealership sales goals.
• Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicles in showroom or on demonstration drives.
• Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including sales contracts.

• Greets customers and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on demonstration drive.
• Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Researches availability of models and optional equipment.
• Addresses customer concerns.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
