Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a dealership sales associate to greet customers, understand vehicle needs, explain features, and guide them through the purchase process. You will quote prices, prepare paperwork, arrange delivery, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction on every sale.

The role requires prior sales or customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license. Regular shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to perform essential duties and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Meets dealership sales goals.
• Greets customer and determines vehicle needs.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle.
• Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
• Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
• Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales and prepares contracts.
• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Follows Safeguards rules and Company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
